1. Agreement to Terms
Welcome to ChimneyXPro Home Solutions ("ChimneyXPro," "we," "us"). By accessing chimneyxpro.com or submitting a request through this site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
2. What ChimneyXPro Does
ChimneyXPro connects Dallas-Fort Worth homeowners with a local, independent technician for chimney, air duct, and dryer vent services. ChimneyXPro does not itself perform chimney sweeps, repairs, air duct cleaning, or dryer vent work. The technician who performs your service is responsible for the technical execution of the work and for holding any credentials required for the trade. Technician credential details are available upon request prior to service.
3. Free Estimates & Pricing
We help arrange free estimates. Final pricing depends on your home, the condition of the system being serviced, and the scope of work, and is provided to you in writing before any work begins.
4. Booking & Scheduling
You can request service by phone or through the form on this website. We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling where possible. Same-day service may be available depending on the technician's schedule.
5. Payment
Payment for services performed is handled directly between you and the technician who completes the work, unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
6. Service Performance
Services are performed in accordance with general industry practice. You should remove or secure fragile items near the work area before service. Pre-existing damage, deteriorated materials, or unsafe conditions discovered during service will be reported to you; ChimneyXPro and the servicing technician are not responsible for pre-existing conditions.
7. Our Guarantee
Services booked through ChimneyXPro are covered by our satisfaction guarantee, honored by the technician who completed the work. See our Guarantee page for full details.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChimneyXPro's role is limited to connecting you with a technician, and ChimneyXPro's liability for any claim arising from a service request is limited accordingly. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits or waives any right or protection available to you under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Act (Tex. Bus. & Com. Code Ch. 17).
9. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, ChimneyXPro owns or licenses the text, images, and design of this website. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not republish, sell, or redistribute content from this site without our written permission.
